With the growing preschool teachers,different levels of ability,teaching and research as the main method of promoting them after learning,should pay attention to differences in the levels of ability between them.This study whether kindergarten teachers based on differences in points arrangement in teaching and teacher of the research analysis of the different requirements of the investigation.This study adopts the method of questionnaire and interview,By editing the kindergarten teachers "phase as the research " status quo of questionnaire,and designed the “kindergarten teachers to research differences needs questionnaire,After inspection,the reliability and validity of issuing questionnaires to 363 teachers in kindergartens in shenyang,with spss20.0 analysis to collect back the questionnaire,and interviews with 20 kindergarten teachers,digging the reasons behind the current situation.The results showed that:1.in certain phase state,kindergarten teaching and research as a wholeThrough investigation and analysis,"phase as the research" four dimensions are:pay attention to their own research,focus on the teaching model research,emphasizing the type research,focus on research teaching and research,pilot research overall extremely significant difference exists in the teachers' teaching age,there were significant differences in degree.2."Phase as the research" the dimension in the differences of school age,record of formal schooling and garden type"Pay attention to their own research" is extremely significant differences in teaching experience,there is significant difference on education,there is no significant difference on farm types;"Focus on the teaching model research" on the teaching experience is extremely significant difference,on the record of formal schooling and garden type by a class differences;"Type emphasizing the research on the teaching experience is extremely significant difference,the record of formal schooling and garden types did not differ significantly in the class;"Focus on research the research" on the farm types is extremely significant difference,there is no significant difference on education and teaching age.3.kindergarten teachers' demand for teaching and researchOn the research objective demand,different extremely significant differences of teaching teachers,significant difference exists among teachers of different degree.Differences between different forms,teaching and research of teaching teachers.The research content,different teaching age differences of teachers.Teaching management,teachers need to be more democratic reflect the subjectivity of teaching management system.In view of the above research results,proposed the teacher differences,for different teachers set different research goals,using targeted research incentive system,and provide different teachers to promote the professional development of teaching and research opportunity and so on,to realize the differentiation development of kindergarten teachers to provide the reference.
