In our campus,the phenomenon of children between each other nickname can be seen everywhere.Some nicknames are positive and the other person is happy,and some are negative and the other person is frustrated.The impact of which is numerous,by field investigation,I found that the negative nickname on child self-esteem is more serious,but so far,how is the school children nickname status ? What is the effect of this negative nickname on child's self-esteem?This paper studies the impact of negative nickname on children from several aspects and takes part in the social work of the group.First of all,this paper investigates and analyzes the present situation and characteristics of child's nickname.It studies the universality of nickname phenomenon on campus,the instability of nickname,the versatility of nickname and the nickname are negative.Secondly,according to the literature reading and questionnaires,the author summed up the factors influencing the development of child's self-esteem.First,the family structure and parenting style,the children of the core family are more likely to cultivate high self-esteem,parents adopt "warm and understand" Easier to develop high self-esteem of children.Second,the appearance and personal attribution,a better appearance will increase child's self-confidence,positive personal attribution will also improve the level of child self-esteem.Third,teachers and peers group influence,good teacher relations,harmonious peer groups is to enhance the child self-esteem necessary factors.Fourth,the academic performance and school type,child's academic performance is to test whether children are excellent traditional conditions,and the school's teaching quality,teacher equipment will affect the child's self-esteem level.Again,the author explores the influence of self-esteem and negative nickname on self-esteem,namely: reducing the level of self-esteem of children and hindering the development of child's self-esteem.When the negative nickname affects the timeliness,the author analyzes the senior students and found that some negative nicknames have a deep impact and long-term influence on individual self-esteem.Some will gradually weaken their influence over time and individual growth The Finally,the author carried out the work of the group involved,mainly from twoaspects of intervention,first,to create a positive interaction to improve the social environment;second,to understand their own advantages,enhance self-confidence to help clients understand their own advantages,know how to appreciate and So that students understand the negative impact of dubbing for others to reduce the negative nickname phenomenon,to improve the service environment.Finally,we use "Child's Self-esteem Scale" to evaluate the effectiveness of the group.
