According to the requirements of the language field of <3-6 years old children’s learning and development guidelines>,the children’s language ability can be summarized into two aspects: listening and expression,reading and telling.Early childhood is an important period for the development and promotion of children’s language ability,special attention should be paid to the cultivation of children’s language ability.The role dialogue and story plot in the story of fairy tales contain lots of language components in this study,and is one of the children’s favorite form of activities.In this study,researchers did a survey of 20 kindergarten middle class teachers with an open questionnaire,through the statistics obtained the top 20 fairy tale,and according to the age characteristics of 4-5 years old children,the novelty of the story,the degree of love of the story,as well as the length of the performance of the story,operability,selected the top eight fairy tale adapted into a fairy tale performance script,design eight fairy tale performance activities and experiment in the experimental class,In this study,we selected A kindergarten and B kindergarten without performing fairy tale performances as experimental garden,select two parallel middle class respectively,as two experimental classes and two control classes.The total number of 116 people,experimental classes and control classes were 58 people respectively.Based on the 4-5 years old children’s age characteristics and children’s language ability(listening and expression,reading and telling)of two dimensions,design eight fairy tale performance activities program and experiment in the experimental class,the education experiment lasted a school year,two times a week.Fairy tales performance in operation is divided into four links,because children’s language ability can not be separated and studied separately,in the four links of the fairy tale,strive to cover the training of middle class children ’s language ability.The following conclusions are obtained after the experiment:1.The fairy tale performances is suitable for promoting the development of 4-5 year old children’s language ability.2.The fairy tale performances promote the language ability of 4-5 years old children.3.The fairy tales performances have a significant effect on 4-5 years old children’s language ability each dimension.4.There is no gender difference of fairy tale performances on the language ability of children aged 4-5 years old.
