The work practice and work efficiency of class teachers play an important role on the non-classroom factors on students' learning effect,especially on the classroom management in promoting students' all-round development.However,the teacher'ssalary treatment is at a low level.The new performance wage reform scheme hasimplemented in the middle and high school programs which greatly improve the teacher's salary since 2010.At the same time,the value of school expectations improve on the work of the teacher,too.For teachers,improving the treatment may also be just an utterly inadequate measure,which is not compared with their work effort.After the implementation of the performance pay system,the salary and allowances of class teachers are included in the performance management.The attitude on salary performance management of teachers,the implement of the performance management of teacher wages affect the improving of work effectiveness,students' moral education and the outside world on the working class support.Therefore,this paper attempts to in-depth investigation of the problem of work efficiency of class teachers under the background of new performance wage reform,trying to find the effective performance management program to stimulate their work enthusiasm,to promote teacher professional development of teachers.Through in-depth study of the issue with the research methods of literature method,case study method,questionnaire survey method,interviews,we found that there are some problems on not enough investment,work pressure,low management efficiency,and so on.Through the analysis of the causes of these problems,the paper propose some suggestion,for example,ensure the preparation of teachers jobs,reduce the workload,encourage teachers involving the management of the class and the improvement of management accomplishment of teachers,in order to enhance the class work efficiency,improve the work force of school moral education,provide an effective operational plan to improve middle school education in China.
