The Research On The Quality Of Sino-foreign Cooperative Education

Higher education in our country is becoming more and more internationalized and appearing the characteristics of economic globalization,Sino-foreign cooperative education gradually becomes an important part of higher education,and gets the rapid development in recent years.Due to the constant expanding scale of Sino-foreign cooperative education,the key issue of guaranteeing internationalized talents cultivation is to improve the quality of Sino-foreign cooperative education,and at the same time,the problem is also the fundament of existing and developing when universities on the way of developing sino-foreign cooperative education.With the rapid development,it highlights some issues,such as:relevant laws and regulations need to be further completed,imbalance of regional development,low levels of education level and classification of discipline,the introduction of insufficient outside resource of good quality,defective teaching quality management model,imperfect evaluation system,etc.The reasons are that,the government ability for macroeconomic regulation and control is insufficient,and the internal quality management system is not sound at universities and social quality evaluation system needs to be further strengthened.How to improve the quality of Sino-foreign cooperative education gradually becomes the focus of the government,universities and society.Based on the quality of Sino-foreign cooperative education at universities as the research object,through the combing of the domestic and foreign research,after the combing of related concepts and theories,from the perspective of policy evolution to see the progress of Sino-foreign cooperative education quality development,by building a quality evaluation system of Sino-foreign cooperative education,to empirically analyze,this article analyzes existing situation and problems of the quality of Sino-foreign cooperative education at universities,and analyzes the reason for it,and finally puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of improving the quality of Sino-foreign cooperative education.The recommendations to improve the quality of Sino-foreign cooperative education in universities are to strengthen the government’s macro guidance,optimize the internal quality system,establish social quality evaluation system and so on.
