The teacher is the cornerstone of the development of the school,a team of high-quality teachers is a school or a country to enhance the educational level,the key to improve the quality of teaching,the cultivation of talents.Therefore,with the deepening of new curriculum reform,teachers’ teaching ability has become the focus of Teacher Education research and education in the new era,teachers’ teaching ability situation is the main factor to measure the level of teachers’ professional development.Based on the existing research on the inductive analysis found that the existing researches on Teachers’ teaching ability showed a heavy structure decomposition,light structure,light weight integration,practical research,actual research,results analysis,process research.In view of characteristics of light this,this study used the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method.Based on the existing literature,in view of the influence of college entrance examination in English test questions under the change of teachers’ teaching ability.The requirements are analyzed from the perspective of high school English teachers’ teaching ability of high school English teachers’ teaching design ability,teaching ability and practice are analyzed and summarized,adhere to the research process as the main line,in order to explore a suitable optimization and integration of high school English teachers’ teaching ability path for research purposes.This paper mainly consists of five parts,the first part is the introduction of the research background,purpose and significance of research,literature review,core concepts and research methods are introduced;the second part is the English college entrance examination questions and questions of change characteristics analysis of Heilongjiang province in 2010-2016 college entrance examination questions the characteristics and trends of the third part;through the questionnaire survey,interview survey method in Hailin city high school English teachers’ teaching ability are analyzed;the fourth part,based on comparative analysis of Hailin city high school English teachers’ teaching ability,put forward new requirements for English college entrance examination questions change of teachers’ teaching ability,including teaching design,the ability to organize efficient classroom;the ability of teaching reflection and research;the operational capability of modern teaching methods;team cooperation ability and training students to use English The comprehensive ability;fifth part,proposes some effective strategies to deal with the new questions of college entrance examination in English to improve the teaching ability of teachers,including strengthening teacher training,improve the students’ sense of satisfaction and happiness and school support strategy;provide a new perspective for the study of high school English teachers’ Teaching ability to update and optimization.The sixth part of the case teaching in the demonstration,war and peace--Normandy landing <> as an example,the teaching objectives,teaching methods,teaching process analysis,verification of improving high school English teachers’ teaching ability,make it more adapt to changes in the English college entrance examination questions.
