| As the development of our national economy,the vocational college education is more and more important for the development of the social economy.But at present the employment pressure is heavy.Vocational colleges are facing severe challenges.As a common vocational college,LM College is also facing the same problem.After adopting the pattern of aimed talents cultivation,the college turns out to be vigorous.The Ministry of Education also states clearly that vocational education should aim at obtaining jobs,carrying out multiple,flexible and open talents cultivation pattern,and popularizing the aimed cultivation pattern.LM College has been trying this new cultivation pattern.Since the year of 2006,LM College has been cooperating with Nick Decoration Company.LM College provides the talents for Nick Decoration Company.Nick Decoration Company provides the job opportunities for the graduates of LM College.The college has been exploring the college-company cooperation education.After five years experiment,the aimed cultivation studio of win-win strategy pattern named LM-Nick Aimed Class was set up in the year of 2010.This essay mainly study on the quality problem of LM-Nick aimed talents cultivation.This paper first introduces the study meaning of thesis,and then related theories of project management are discussed.Secondly characteristics of LM-Nick order training project characteristics and implementation process are introduced.Besides,I put forward problems of project quality and the reasons for these problems.Then in terms of these problems.I proposed measures of order training project implementation safeguards.Finally,this paper made a summary,reached conclusions and previewed the implementation of the project order training,which will help improve the quality of Vocational Training and healthy and steady development of higher vocational colleges. |
