A Study On The Compiling Of The Teaching Material Of "Mental Health Education For College Students"

With the continuous deepening of the rapid development of society and China's higher education system reform, the current college students bear the psychological pressure intensified, The voice of improving college students' ability of psychological health and psychological health level is rising, and the mental health education of college students starts to enter people's view and increasingly show its unique role. From a microscopic prospect the development of College Students' psychological health education can not do without the support from all walks of life. The preparation of a good mental health education materials, suitable for college students characteristics, not only can spread mental health knowledge in college students, but also can effectively prevent College students' mental illness and improve college students' mental health. However, the situation of preparing the mental health education for college students in China is not optimistic. Teaching material is different from the book, it is according to a certain reader object, professional requirements, according to the law of students cognitive psychology, and through a certain program to write into a kind of teaching use of information carrier, therefore, improving college students' mental health education materials and improving the quality of College Students' mental health education is one of the important contents of mental health education in Colleges and universities.This paper is the core carrier of curriculum, the author carries on the text analysis of 40 college students' mental health education materials published during 2003-2015, and makes a comparison and investigation on the teaching material contents, and analyzes the problems and reasons, and puts forward the methods and measures to improve college students' mental health education, such as:government social level, school and administrative departments, writing process.
