The arrival of the Internet plus era and the prevalence of MOOC, which makes our learners can learn more knowledge. The progress of information technology, so that the emergence of teaching content diversification. Technology is a means, must service for learning, to improve the learning effect of learners, and not grandstanding reduce the learning effect of learners. With MOOC, micro lessons, the emergence of mobile terminal learning, video recording is also a variety of ways. Different recording methods of the video will indeed attract the eye of the learner, but its own whether it will impact on the learner's learning effect, which is worthy of our study. In this paper, the literature research method is used to sort out and summarize the current research situation of the scholars on the MOOC, to find the research point. And then through the questionnaire survey to know Chinese learners'understanding of MOOC and their subjective perception of learning. Then, through the experiment of eye movement and test to study the influence of MOOC video recording Form to learning effect. Two eye-tracking experiments were done in this paper. Eye-tracking experiment with single factor design. The independent variables were recording form(recording methods respectively for the PPT recording screen type, handwritten lecture style, animation style). Three videos have no subtitles. The experimental dependent variables were monitoring data of the eye movement apparatus and the experimental test results. The second eye-tracking experiment also uses the single factor group design, and discusses the influence of video commentary subtitle on the learner's learning effect. Finally, through the analysis of the eye movement experiment, we put forward the strategy of using MOOC video in the production and application. The conclusion of this study:questionnaire survey found that most of the subjects have a certain understanding of MOOC, and that the different ways of video recording will affect the effect of learning. The results of eye-tracking experiment show that:the video recording method has different effects on the learner's learning effect. The specific performance is:hand written explanation video learning effect is better than the PPT record screen type, PPT video learning effect is better than the animation video, there are commentary subtitles video learning better than no commentary subtitles video.
