Under the impact of the new curriculum ideas, teaching practice, there are many poor convergence of knowledge of the problem.Current research in the field of convergence and more concentrated in teaching middle and high school, and very few of compulsory and elective problem of convergence of research.In this paper, "teaching high school chemistry elective courses and required courses convergence" as the research object, discusses the necessity and importance of teaching high school chemistry elective courses and compulsory courses from the convergence of theory and practice.The large number of documents in the data base, according to the constructivist theory and meta-cognitive theory, the status of high school chemistry compulsory courses and elective courses convergence and problems investigated.Respectively, from internal and external causes, a comprehensive three reasons conducted a survey and interview research. Studies have shown that the convergence of teaching high school chemistry curriculum and elective compulsory courses is a time-based systems engineering, should be students, teachers and school leaders in three areas of cooperation.Linking Teaching to propose the use of conscious policy, planning strategies, methods, strategies, implementation of strategies, policies and remedial summary reflection.Based on the above strategy, of Jiangsu compulsory 4 "chemical energy and electrical energy conversion," the unit to carry out teaching and research unit.The study showed that the convergence of teaching high school chemistry curriculum and compulsory elective course is very necessary, is consistent with the theory and teaching law education should receive wide support and attention.
