The article takes junior students physical exercise mentioned in Investigation and Development Strategy Research on the Present Situation of School Physical Education in Fujian Province as case study. Using the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis andcorrelation analysis, questionnaires of 2448 junior high school students from 9 cities includingFuZhou(PingTan), XiaMen, PuTian,, ZhangZhou, QuanZhou, SanMing,LongYan, NanPing, NingDe were analyzed to comprehensively describe the current situation of junior high school students participating in physical exercise in Fujian province, and understand the differences and problems of junior high school students participating in physical exercise in Fujian Province. The theoretical research on the significance of the development of junior high school students participating in physical exercise help to analyze the gap between urban and rural junior high school students'physical exercise and propose to reduce the urban and rural junior high school students in Fujian province to participate in physical exercise.Research results show that:1. The interest of junior high school students to participate in physical education is of significantdifference. The frequency and attitude of participating in the exercise class, the frequency and load of physical education and the attitude of extracurricular sports activities and the time of physical exercise is ofsignificant difference.2. The junior students keen to participate in physical exercise Eleven projects, the top three are as follows:first, table tennis, badminton and other sports activities; secondly is basketball, volleyball, football and other sports activities; finally is swimming.3. Different gender junior middle school students who participate in extracurricular sports activitieshave significant difference in terms of attitude, physical exercise and sports class frequency. However the intensity of the PE class for male and female students who participate is of little difference.4. Same-gender schoolmate of the urban and rural middle school students sports class frequency and load in calisthenics frequency and attitude, and exercise duration difference is of significant difference. And urban and rural middle school students' interests in joining PE class and projects of no difference cross thedifferent regions and different, which proves to be irrelevant.5. School environment, family environment, lifestyle and nutritional status are the main factors thataffect the physical exercise of junior high school students in Fujian province.According to the gap between urban and rural junior high school students in Fujian Province, this proposal to further strengthen the urban and rural junior middle school students in Fujian province to participate in physical exercise is as follows:Government, family, school, community and the media can affect the junior middle school students to participate in physical exercise(1).Government in the urban and rural middle school students physical exercise play a guidance, supervision, coordination and safeguard function, suggested that the government increase efforts to support the construction of sports facilities, and actively promote public stadium open to students and narrow the urban and rural school running conditions gap.(2) school should be open enough to open a good physical education, rigorous abatement and squeeze sports time, the formation of "one school, one product" or "school, one of many products" teaching mode, reasonable arrangements for physical exercise.Urban and rural schools through the formation of sports teams, interest groups and teams, the conditions allow the city schools can also set up clubs, to carry out after-school sports training.(3) Families should give full play to their parenting role, in order to cultivate students' interest, develop exercise habits, and promote students to improve their physical health, the importance of internalized in the heart, outside of the line.(4) Community community to create convenient conditions for students sports activities, and gradually form a family, school, community linkage, and effectively promote the development of school sports and family sports.(5) The media should give full play to the function of propaganda, promote students to develop the consciousness of physical exercise and the value of physical health.
