Now,employees pay more and more attention to their career development with the improvement of material level.It is not only simple to consider their own survival needs,more is the pursuit of self-realization.In the context of "public entrepreneurship and peoples innovation",entrepreneurial activity is in full swing.New enterprises have gradually become an important economic organization.More studies show that new ventures plays an irreplaceable role in promoting economic growth,creating jobs,improving people’s livelihood,promoting innovation and others.Among them,the employee is one of the important driving force for new ventures to grow.However,in today’s background of low whole society’s trust,the employee’s interpersonal trust is damaged seriously,always hitting the harmonious relationship of trust in the new ventures.Therefore,further study of the relationship of employee’s interpersonal trust damage,opportunity recognition and career development options for employees has very important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the literature reviews,the study attempts to divide the interpersonal trust damage into the following two dimensions: trust damage to company’s leaders and work companions,and explore the relationship between the interpersonal trust damage,opportunity recognition and employee’s career development options.On the basis of 192 valid questionnaires,using spss20.0 and other statistical analysis tools,through the exploratory factor analysis,correlation analysis and multinomial logistic regression,we came to the conclusions which are as follows:(1)the interpersonal trust damage of employee’s can be divided into the following two dimensions: trust damage to company’s leaders and trust damage to work companions,and the higher the degree of trust damage to company’s leaders,the more likely to choose a full-time entrepreneurship for employees;the higher the degree of trust damage to work companions,the more likely to choose a part-time entrepreneurship for employees;(2)Compared to hire employment,the hopping of employees is richer,they may be more inclined to choose full-time entrepreneurship;(3)The longer of employees’ serving life,the more likely to choose hiring employment rather than part-time and full-time entrepreneurship;(4)The higher of employees’ income satisfaction of industry and region,the more likely to choose hiring employment rather than part-time and full-time entrepreneurship;(5)Employees’ opportunity recognition has a positive moderation effect on trust damage to company’s leaders and the choice of full-time entrepreneurship;(6)Employees’ opportunity recognition has a positive moderation effect on trust damage to work companions and the choice of part-time entrepreneurship.
