The policy of conducting the basic education reform based on the data analysis as proposed by the Government in its 12th Five-year Plan has accelerated the pace of the education in formatization in China:moreover, the 13th Five-year Plan advocated that the big data education cultural industry should be speeded up. Learning analytics as the new wave of the education informatization is the application field of the core value of the education big data; however, after empirical analysis, we learn that if we want to produce practical results in the learning analytics, we shall manage the study of students on the basis of the digitalized conditions.Firstly, based on the historical background of the big data analytics, this article stresses the systematizing of researches and discussions about learning traceable-styled management at home and abroad, and expounds the relevant theories of the learning traceable-styled management. Secondly, it takes the education cube science and technology project of Fujian Normal University as an example to introduce the case of the learning traceable-styled management model at the phase of basic education and strives to describe the feasible model of the basic education reform based on the data analysis. Thirdly, it based on the cube education data expounds and interprets the big data education service and the application of learning traceable-styled management. Lastly, based on the successful case of the cube education science and technology projects, this article proposes the countermeasure of applying the learning traceable-styled management, namely, to establish the Big Data as Education Service (BDaES) model, improve the education management mechanism and supporting conditions, and construct the learning supporting platform of the big data basic education. The education cube science and technology project of Fujian Normal University is the successful case of cooperation between the domestic industry and a university based on the practice of the education big data traceable-styled learning analysis management, as well as the innovative attempt in China which combines the systematic theory with the features of learning management by means of the learning analysis technology. Using the system framework of 8T2S to set up the learning data convenience analysis and the individual service is not only the first case of research and practice in China, but the model of the government to promote the data analysis for the education reform.
