| With the continue and advance development of basic education reform in our country, the educational idea of "everything is for the students’ development" has been rooted in the hearts of the people and reflected in every detail of educational activities. The criterion that whether students love their teachers is attracting more and more people’ attention. Generally speaking, an excellent teacher should be loved by students from the process of teaching, the communication and personal charm. However, by usual observation, students’acceptance of teachers has different expression including tolerance, preference and impotence. Different student has different attitude to their teachers. And students’acceptance of teachers also showed significant individual differences. Moreover, we find that students have different attitude to the subject which is taught by this teacher because of the different feelings to the teacher. Therefore, the author chose upper primary students from S primary school in Lucheng of Shanxi province as respondents with a research subject of students’acceptance of teachers and its influence on their learning motivation. The methods such as questionnaire survey, classroom observation and interviews are used in this study. Based on the subjective cognition of the students, the author studies the situation of students’acceptance of teachers and the relationship between students’acceptance of teachers and their learning motivation aiming to have further understanding of teacher-student relationship and serve as a reference for improving teacher-student relationship and teaching efficiency of primary schools teachers. |
