In recent years, with the continuously strengthened of the comprehensive national power of China, Chinese Mandarin plays the role of a bridge and culture carrier in the time the world knows about China. And it finds more and more favors not only in governments' and education authorities' eyes, but also in universities', secondary schools' and primary schools'and enterprises'eyes. Since 2004, the world's first Confucius Institute was formally listed to establish in Korea, until December 2015, there are 500 Confucius Institutes and 1000 Confucius classroom in 134 countries and regions in the world. Up till now, in which the project of the Chinese courses taught in public school of the Philippines carried together by the Confucius Institutes at Angeles University Foundation and the Philippines's Ministry of Education received striking attention.Curriculum Provision is an important part in teaching. It is directly related to the quality of teaching and the constantly development of the Chinese course. To provide scientific Chinese curriculum is the key of how to improve students'Chinese level. Therefore, the provision of curriculum of Chinese is more important. The point-cut in this article is the research of the current situation of Chinese teaching in the Philippines. According to the analyzation of the condition of opening Chinese course and the YCT, and as the example of Don Jesus Gonzales High School, find out the problems in present Chinese teaching school in Philippines, just like the lack of a good learning environment, the teachers themselves did not play a good exemplary role for the students, the Chinese test content is not comprehensive enough, the type of Chinese course is not rich and colorful, the limited level of local Chinese teachers, the teaching methods are outdated and simplistic and the teaching conditions is not good, then do some reflection on curriculum provision of Chinese and put forward some specific recommendations according to the learning phase, course type and the syllabus of YCT, so that can have a positive impact on Chinese teaching.
