In recent years, Chinese fever is rapidly rising in the world. As a neighbor of China Philippines nature is also a Chinese culture of love, in fact, as early as the 1899 Chinese teaching has been rooted in Philippines, when faced with the Chinese education in Philippines overseas chinese. But with the rise of the Chinese nation, the greater impact on foreign and China’s economy and culture, overseas Chinese learning no longer just for the Chinese, the Philippines is no exception, learning Chinese audience is gradually expanding, is no longer just for the Chinese in the Philippines, but also to Philippine mainstream social public school based curriculum system oriented.This thesis is in the development stage of the Philippine public schools Chinese teaching situation unfolding investigation and study, through detailed charts and cases of release, stating the actual situation of the Philippines public middle school Chinese teaching, to explore the problems existing in the Philippine public middle school Chinese teaching current situation, summarizes some problems which restrict the development of Chinese teaching in the public schools in the specific summarized the main problems of the following three aspects:faculty structure and strength needs adjustment, textbook language use of vulnerability, curriculum problems.Through consultation and interview volunteers, Hanban public school teachers and local teachers working in Philippines, the paper based on the practice of the author Albert in Philippines, the capital of Metro Manila Aguilar national high school experience and basic research, the author summarized and analyzed, summed up for some solutions to the problems found in the study:Teachers, suggestions to output our outstanding Chinese teaching talents, on the other hand, continue to cultivate excellent teachers of Chinese language; on the teaching material, to "Happy Chinese" as a model, one hand to promote China’s outstanding foreign language textbook compilation and promotion, on the other hand the expansion of the Philippines local outstanding Chinese textbooks on the one hand; the curriculum arrangement, the use of Chinese increasing cultural influence promote Chinese teaching method, on the other hand The unique teaching method in Philippines, which is suitable for the land to cultivate the regional characteristics, but not to lose Chinese culture.
