| Student cadres in colleges and universities play a very important role in student work.They are not only the bridge and link connecting teachers and students,but also the important backbone force to promote the construction of campus culture and ideological leading work.It is of great strategic significance to select and nurture high-caliber student cadre of young cadre who is active in judging youth ideology,promoting mainstream ideological and public opinion,deepening the socialist core values education of college students and promoting campus cultural construction.In this paper,the competency model prevailing in enterprise management is used to take the actual situation of L university as an example.After three research and data analysis,the constituent elements,competency model and the competence of L university student cadre are obtained respectively.Based on these data,it analyzes the actual problems in depth,and finally gives the countermeasures to improve the cadre competency of the students.With a view to the reform of student cadre selection,training,assessment mechanism for college students engaged in student work to provide more scientific consideration tools for university students to enhance the quality of cadres and team building to provide a reference.After a series of research and discussion,this paper mainly draws the following four conclusions:(1)College student cadre competency model includes four factors: self-management ability,management of others ability,learning ability,personal style.(2)The "College Student Cadre Competency Questionnaire",which is composed of 22 items and 4 factors,has good reliability and validity,and can be used as a measurement tool for college student cadre competency testing.(3)The results of the self-evaluation questionnaire of the student cadres of L university show that the general level of competency is relatively good,among which the level of self-management and management of others is good,and the level of learning ability and personal style is normal.(4)It is found that there are no significant differences in the characteristics of student cadres among college students,such as gender,majors,grade,grade,working time,only child or birth,and place of birth,by comparing the differences in the competency of college student cadres. |
