Because of the basic and comprehensive nature of the Chinese language curriculum, the impact of primary school language teachers’ teaching on elementary school students is far-reaching. Therefore, primary school language teachers need to master more comprehensive and disciplinary teaching skills. This also needs to further strengthen the normal school students in the teaching of Chinese language skills training, with the teacher qualification examination reform all normal students need to pass the examination in order to apply for teacher certification in the assessment also strengthened the evaluation of teaching skills, the current Ministry of Education The curriculum for teacher education is being reformed to include teachers’ teaching skills. The normal university in the comprehensive university, the education institute for the teaching skill training is often the weak link, deserves the further attention and the research.Based on the above thinking, this paper selects the subject of primary education in the comprehensive university of the author as the object of study, analyzes the problems existing in the Chinese teaching skills of normal students, and then seeks to improve the teaching skills. At present, there are many differences in the classification of teaching skills, but the research on textbook processing, teaching and application of educational technology is still relatively weak. This paper chooses these three aspects as the research focus. Based on Bloom’s teaching goal classification theory, This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the Chinese teaching skills of the normal students by means of questionnaires and interviews, and tries to find out the strategies to improve the Chinese teaching skills of the normal school students from both the following aspects: from the aspects of the theory of communication behavior and the Gagne learning theory, Theoretical aspects of the discussion, but also by way of cases and examples of demonstration.This paper draws the following conclusions:First, according to the level of textbook processing, the paper explores the teaching material skills, the development of teaching material skills and the design of teaching strategies. The strategy of developing the teaching material skill has the data expansion, the content expansion, the knowledge development; the design teaching skill training strategy has the teaching plan compilation, the teaching plan revision, the lesson plan reflection.Second, the Chinese teaching about skills training, based on the teaching of the basic classification, the paper from the teaching of language skills, teaching writing skills, teaching skills to explore strategies to explore.
