The Effects Of Enclosed Exercise For Weight Loss On Obese Adolescents' PGE2 And Vascular Hardness

Objective: This study was to explore the influence of the 4-week enclosed exercise for weight loss in obese adolescents' body composition, prostaglandin E2(PGE2), hypersensitive c-reactive protein(hs-CRP), vascular hardness and a series of changes in morphological indexes and blood biochemical indicators. And we continue to discuss the effect of obesity for adolescents and the role of enclosed exercise for weight loss, to explore why various indicators change, in order to prevent obesity and promote the health of the obese adolescents. Methods: We chose 32 cases of 9 to 18 year-old obese adolescents in 4-week enclosed exercise for weight loss camp as the experimental group. To test their indicators of height, weight, percentage of body fat, body mass index(BMI), waist circumference, total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), PGE2, hs-CRP, vascular hardness and so on. After 4-week of small and medium intensity aerobic exercise combined with a healthy diet intervention, we observed changes of body shape, vascular stiffness and blood biochemical indices after the enclosed exercise to lose weight. Results:(1) After 4-week enclosed exercise to lose weight, obese adolescents' body weight, BMI, body fat percentage, body fat, basal metabolic rate, waist circumference and waist-height ratio decreased significantly than before to lose weight, the difference was significant(P<0.01). Male obese adolescents group of various body shape index decreased were greater than female obese adolescents group, whether men or women, the biggest drop in indexes is body fat.(2) Before 4-week enclosed exercise to lose weight, obese adolescents group brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity(ba PWV) was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05). Except the male obese adolescents group's left arm diastolic blood pressure, the rest indicators of blood pressure index, heart rate, ankle-bilateral index(ABI) were higher than the control group, but did not show significant difference(P > 0.05).There are 5 cases of ABI abnormal detection. After 4-week enclosed exercise to lose weight, male obese adolescents group's bilateral ba PWV and heart rate decreased significantly compared with before, the difference was significant(P<0.01). Around the ankle diastolic and right ankle systolic significant decrease(P<0.01); the right upper arm systolic pressure decreased significantly(P<0.05); the remaining blood pressure index also showed different degrees of decline(P>0.05). ABI has decreased, but did not exhibit significant difference(P> 0.05).After 4-week enclosed exercise to lose weight, heart rate, upper limbs blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure of left and right front ankle and bilateral ba PWV in obese adolescent female groups decreased significantly compared with before, the difference was significant(P<0.01). ABI, around the ankle diastolic blood pressure has decreased, but did not exhibit significant difference(P>0.05). After 4-week enclosed exercise to lose weight, there are 1 cases of ABI abnormal detection.(3) Before the 4-week enclosed exercise to lose weight, male obese adolescents group's hs-CRP and TG were significantly higher(P<0.01, P <0.05); female obese adolescents group's hs-CRP and TC were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After 4-week enclosed exercise to lose weight, male obese adolescents group's hs-CRP, TG and LDL-C decreased significantly compared with before(P<0.01, P<0.05), PGE2 significantly increased(P<0.05); female obese adolescents group's TG and LDL-C decreased significantly compared with before(P<0.05), PGE2 significantly increased(P <0.05). Conclusion:(1) 4-week enclosed exercise to lose weight in obese adolescents can significantly improve the body shape, so that the degree of obesity was significantly reduced, producing good result for reduce weight. And male obese adolescents group's many index change is greater than the female obese adolescents. Compared with weight and BMI, body fat mass index is regarded as evaluation index of choice for weight loss.(2) 4-week enclosed exercise to lose weight for enhancing the elasticity of blood vessels of the aorta in the arterial system, reducing blood pressure and vascular wall stiffness plays an important role. In the long run, to detect arterial vascular stiffness and elasticity has some clinical value.(3) Before the 4-week enclosed exercise to lose weight, obesity group has emerged dyslipidemia, physical presence of chronic inflammation; 4-week enclosed exercise to lose weight can significantly improve lipid metabolism in the obese group, significantly increased PGE2 and obese male adolescents hs-CRP, it is important to maintain a healthy body and enhance immunity.
