Since twenty-first Century, Chinese basic education curriculum has undergone a series of reform, from the previous "heavy knowledge light process, cognitive emotional light" gradually into "heavy, heavy heavy experience, explore"; from the traditional teacher leading into the students to participate in. To cultivate students’ comprehensive quality, guide the future the development of students’ sustainable development as an important direction of the curriculum reform of secondary vocational education. As a part of basic education, to cultivate talents needed for all sectors of society, need to pay more attention to the students’ skills, quality training and secondary occupation education are common characteristics of the basis of poor students, lack of interest in learning. So, how to to arouse the students’ interests of effective teaching, become the focus of research teaching in secondary vocational schools.The research and development of effective classroom teaching mode can not only enable students to have a better grasp of abstract knowledge, but also conducive to the students’ learning ability, cooperation ability, comprehensive ability to enhance communication ability in many aspects.However, the traditional teaching mode, too much emphasis on students in the learning process of the discipline and the classroom, it is difficult for students to achieve a good interaction in the classroom, the students sitting in rows, layout also restricts the students’ visual, auditory perception and other aspects for the full range of knowledge and feelings."The establishment of the entire team around" teaching mode reform is based on Vocational Students’ learning situation and psychological development of the teaching mode. The main purpose is to improve the students’ classroom participation, to achieve the effectiveness of teaching. The goal is to achieve "happy learning, everyone involved, effective teaching" most of the students expect to be able to deal with related teaching activities in the classroom instead of sleeping and playing mobile phone. Emphasize the students as an individual in the teaching process is improved in different degrees.In order to make the reform of the teaching mode is more objective, and can accurately evaluate the whole team around "mode of teaching effectiveness, this study uses the selection of pilot in the professional class, and" experimental teaching mode of the whole team around "the pilot class, process monitoring, tracking and evaluation, comprehensive research method, five steps of conclusion. The pilot and non pilot class students, teachers are all carefully chosen, balanced distribution, in the course of the experiment teachers hold regular monthly seminars and students forum for students in the overall evaluation and analysis of the teaching mode, aiming at problems timely rectification, and ultimately ensure the experiment smoothly, and get the experimental conclusion is true and reliable.The teachers and students of cognitive changes in the course of the pilot, the pilot class comparison before the implementation of "the whole team around" teaching mode and after class, student pilot and non pilot implementation of "the whole team around the class" teaching mode for 1 years after the contrast were compared. Research confirmed that the "whole team sitting style" for team spirit, there is growing demand for students’ socialization, which is conducive to the implementation of teaching reform, improve students’ learning enthusiasm. The secondary occupation education in an effective and good operability of teaching mode.The development of this study provides a successful example of the teaching reform in the next step, and will be further promoted.
