| Teacher-student relationship will affect the child’s ability to adapt to school,self-efficacy, interpersonal, teaching communication and education quality.In recent years, the development of policies to support ethnic minorities continue to emerge,but in recent years, and not on ethnic minorities in Xinjiang primary school teacher-student relationship study.The development is inseparable from education,In order to improve the quality of education, and train outstanding minority talent, we must pay attention to the relationship between minority students and the majority of teachers.Therefore, in the school for the Han people, the relationship between minority students and teachers is particularly important.This study focuses on the situation in Urumqi Han ethnic minority pupils and teachers in teacher-student relationship.Methods using quantitative research and qualitative research combination.This research mainly adopts the methods of quantitative research and qualitative research. First of all, the author handed out a total of 604“the pupils’ basic informat ion questionnaire”and“the relationship between teachers and students form”to four primary schools in Urumqi and recovered 567 valid questionnaires. The effective rat e is 95.62%. The author analyzed the relationship between teachers and students of di fferent gender, nationality, grade, and family type, whether one-child from the four di mensions of conflict, avoidance, attachment and intimacy. Secondly, 3 pupils and 3 te achers were selected for unstructured interviews from the four primary schools and t he interviews were converted to text and encoded. Finally, strategies of establishing g ood teacher-student relationship were summarized from the data and text.The conclusion are :(1)on the whole, it is of no optimism that among the relati onship of the teachers and students in ethnic schools of Urumqi city.(2)From the poin t of grade, family type, whether the one-child or not, conflicting, avoidance, attachme nt and intimacy are significant different.(3)From the point of Gender, conflicting, atta chment and intimacy are significant differences, while avoidance are not significant d ifferent.(4)From the point of National, there is no significant difference of conflictin g, avoidance attachment, yet intimacy remains significant differences.(5) The sugge stion is put forward that we need to build good relationship among teachers and stud ents in ethnic schools from the social support, parent participation, school organizatio n and joint efforts of teachers and students. |
