Minority students are valuable human resources in minority areas,and their academic achievements play an important role in the construction and development of minority areas.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the academic achievement of minority students and the quality of minority higher education.To improve the quality of the minority undergraduates education,previous studies are carried out from the perspective of the state and universities,emphasizing on investment in teaching hard conditions,but neglecting the movement of teachers and students' learning enthusiasm and initiative.But the students enthusiasm and initiative is the main factor to improve the quality of education.In view of this,the study starts from the perspective of teachers and students,by teacher-student interactive behavior,to explore the impact of teacher-student interaction of Minority undergraduates' academic achievements,problems and reasons of teacher-student interaction exist,and puts forward effective suggestions.The research is carried out by this way:An overview of teacher-student interaction and academic achievement?To analyze the influence of the teacher-student interaction on the academic achievement of Minority Students?To investigate the problems and reasons of the interaction between teachers and students at the present stage?To put forward countermeasures.Combined with SPSS,the study found that:(1)The type,form,scope and frequency of the interaction between teachers and students all have impact on the academic achievement of minority students,and the degree of influence is different.Among the types of teacher-student interaction,democracy has the greatest impact on students' academic achievement;In the form of interaction between teachers and students,behavioral interaction has the greatest impact on students' academic achievement;In the scope of interaction between teachers and students,the interaction in class has the greatest impact on students' academic achievement;In the frequency of interaction between teachers and students,the frequency of interaction between students and teachers is the most important to students' academic achievement.(2)The current situation of the interaction between teachers and students in M National University is that democratic interaction is not prominent;the form of teacher-student interaction is single;the scope is narrow,and the frequency is on the low side.(3)The reasons of the teacher-student interaction problems in M National University include:first one is the teacher factors,including the teacher's negative personal attitude,rigid and single teaching methods,the lack of cultural literacy,academic interaction and so on;Second,the student factor,including the lack of students' awareness of interaction,weak learning motivation,poor cognitive ability,and the limited communication field;the third one is the university management factors,including the large class teaching system,imperfect evaluation and incentive mechanism,lack of psychological education.Finally,based on the above reasons,the author gives some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the teacher-student interaction from the aspects of teachers,students and universities.At the teacher level,the countermeasures include:the teacher should correct attitude,and care for every student;adopt a variety of teaching methods to improve classroom efficiency;enhance learning to improve their cultural literacy;and enhance the interaction effect by both language and behavior.At the student level,students should enhance the awareness of interaction;improve their learning motivation;enhance their self perception,and participate in interpersonal communication actively.At the management level of colleges and universities,firstly,colleges and universities should strive to create small classes;secondly,colleges and universities should improve the system of teacher evaluation;thirdly,to carry out remedial activities of minority college undergraduate group orientation.
