Study On Harm Of Network Political Rumor To Values Of Young University Teachers

Network not only have brought convenience to information communication, but also have given wings to political rumors, which have made it grow faster. Network political rumors make groundless accusations which deface the image of national leaders and Marx's classical writers, or interpret falsely which distort and deconstruct the history of the party and development of the Marx doctrine, so we can make a conclusion that network political rumors not evil country, but also confuse the people. As the main force of university teachers, young teachers is one of the main groups of net whose values are greatly affected or even subverted by the influence of the network political rumors. Regretfully, not enough attention has been paid to the harm of network political rumors to the values of young university teachers and the governance.Through the field research, the article tries to put forward the strategies to eliminate the harm of network political rumors which is based on the specific harm of network political rumor to values of young university teachers and the causes of harm.Firstly, the article describes the background and significance of the research, sorts out the related research status at home and abroad systematically and identifies the ideas, methods and framework of the research.Secondly, in theory, it defines the connotation of network politics rumor, analyzes its structure, types and characteristics; with the reference to the theory of political science, sociology, it explains the formation, evolution and dissemination of network political rumors which draw lessons from theories of political science, sociology, communication science and other related disciplines; and it discusses the connotation, characteristics and importance of values of young university teachers.Thirdly, it discusses the harm and causes of the network politics rumors to values of young university teachers. On one hand, through the analysis of the questionnaire data, it reveals the specific hazards from the fuzzed cognitive value, confused the value judgment, misled value choice, distorted value behavior and blocked the value consciousness. On the other hand, it analyzes the cause from the plight of survival and development of young university teachers, "the truth, the goodness and the beauty" of the network political rumors, “too elegant, magnificent and upscale of the core values of socialist, the Tacitus trap of the credibility of the government, the intensification of infiltration of western network ideological.Finally, it is a complicated work for us to eliminate the hazards, so we should take many measures: firstly, we should improve conditions for the survival and development of young university teachers; secondly, we should enhance the network literacy of young college teachers; thirdly, we should establish and improve the system of government information disclosure; fourthly we should construct the online spiritual home of young university teachers; fifthly we should accelerate the pace of technological innovation of network core.
