China's economy in recent years has been continuously developing, people's income is growing, spiritual consumption market has occurred great change, improve their quality, enhance the cultural knowledge has become essential to the masses of the people in a part of living. At present, two child policy in our country is open now, the huge amount of potential new children's number and retained, which will greatly stimulation in China's education industry, especially children's education industry. Winning the competition is the development goal of every art education enterprise. But the enterprise must first to adapt to and meet the now intense competition in the market environment and the broad masses of customer potential demand, must be to create a first-class brand of cultural innovation, content innovation, service innovation. Therefore, the children's art education enterprise want to stand out in the fierce competition in the market, at the same time the strength and scale of enterprise, in the fight must be construction has the first-class, with the core competitiveness of the company's brand, so as to keep the company do not decline for a long time.In this thesis, the first, HUACAI school development present situation are analyzed by me from the aspects of brand positioning, brand personality, brand innovation, brand influence and so puts forward the problems and the causes of the cadenza of the school brand strategy.And through the HUACAI school's internal and external environment,the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. Combined with HUACAI school own actual situation to propose the HUACAI school should orientation of building national first-class children's art education brand, and the improvement andimplementationof HUACAI school brand strategy recommendations: accurate positioning of the brand, target market segments; differentiation to build brand image, enhance the customer experience. Expand communication channels, enhance the brand influence; strengthen brand management scheme, sub brand operation.Finally, the purpose of this thesis is through discussion and research on HUACAI brand perfect and implementation strategies, in the hope that the HUACAI school in the future development of the brand planning, fully tap the potential of HUACAI school brand, raising the cadenza of the school in the market competitiveness and influence. At the same time, also hope that this thesis can provide useful inspiration for the brand building of the education enterprise in the industry.
