Science and technology education is becoming more and more important, and more and more responsibility. On the one hand, science and technology in the form of education needs diversity, richness, interesting. on the other hand, the education of science and technology always can not be separated from the science, knowledge, can not be reduced to wrap the knowledge of sugar coated bullets either. As one kind of science and technology education, education activity depends on the education theory knowledge of the activity designer, but also requires the ability of activity planning.In this paper, by perusing some related materials, learning theory of constructivism,the science and technology museum education activities carried out abroad or in domestic,and constructivism theory in educational activities especially the application of informal education, to understand and learn from the form and content of the existing educational activities based on, through mastery of construction doctrine theory and with the help of professional practice experience to better design activities.Based on activity theory research, design, evaluation index design, implementation,data collection and sorting activities and the effect evaluation to make a preliminary research on the development and implementation of the theory of Constructivism educational activities based on. On the one hand, design activities every step closely relying on in the guidance of the education theory, according to scenarios into law, task driven teaching method and 5E learning cycle design, experiment etc.; before the event through interviews understanding object activity level of knowledge and ability to experiment; activities by grouping, praise the stickers, group total stickers counting to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of participants; activities through discussion, interview participants understand the thoughts and suggestions. On the other hand, the activities of the assessment in order to interview, self-evaluation, his comments, field observation,video materials and working papers and other forms, in order to fully understand the learning activities of the participants. Finally, through the analysis of the data and activities in the process of the problem, summed up the activities of the improved method.In this paper is the construction under the guidance of the principle of environmentaleducation activities, to the foundation and focus on reality, lead to the learner’s thinking and attention, has certain significance of environmental education, and quality education based on the scientific development view is more consistent.
