And take the cluster sampling method to select the 12 Chengde primary school, junior high school(of which 2 to nine year school) 953 principals, 91 reserve cadres conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews. Based on the actual situation in Chengde, to fully understand the demand of training of the headmasters, studying on the characteristics of the development of education and the education of cadre training, so as to establish and perfect the training mechanism, promote the reform and innovation of primary and middle school principal training.
