This paper begins with the use of the NSSE-China(the National Survey of Student Engagement-China), and takes the college students of Guizhou University as the study sample, then open up a new way to improve them with study on the quality control and effective measure from the aspects of college students in Guizhou University.At first, this paper makes a literature review by analysis the past achievements and shortcomings at home and abroad in the measurement and control of the quality of learning aspects of college students, and found that although the existing research studies have started using the Chinese version of NSSE-China attempt tool a small-scale investigation, but the study of college students' learning quality control system based on with NSSE-China are far more enough. Secondly, according to the project which the author took part in the College Students' Learning Input- Students Learning and Development of Tracking Report at the year of 2014 in Guizhou University, this paper specifically detailed level and explained the NSSE-China generated theoretical basis and NSSE- China content, and determined to learn the advantages of the role of the concept of investment. Then as well as, the focus is the Guizhou University and various colleges of "985", "211", local colleges and universities nationwide score by NSSE- China data on five indicators on the status of quality of student learning Guizhou University grasp on the whole, and on the basis of detailed analysis of indicators specific topic item to find specific routes University students study quality control.At last, this paper concludes several suggestions form the perspective of total quality management with the based research.(a) Sets the optimum degree of academic challenges and improve their professional competence.(b) Construction of science syllabus, to improve students' learning ability active cooperation.(c) Make the creation of a harmonious relationship between students andteachers, improve student-teacher interaction frequency.(d) Widening the richness of educational experience, improve the overall development of students.(e)Optimization campus support, a comprehensive understanding of the needs of students.
