With the development of the world and society, the competition among talents is more and more fierce. So the construction of teachers' team is particularly important. The social demands for talents become bigger. The requirements of the teachers become more and more strict. Thus teachers' spirit burdens become heavier. If there isn't a good circulation in the teachers' spiritual world, some psychological problems may happen.Among them, the teacher's job burnout is a very typical example. So we need to solve the problem in time. The negative effect of Job burnout can occur in many ways, it may cause problems to the normal teaching activities. The psychology condition of teachers and their teaching quality will be restricted. It also can limit the success of the students at the same time. So this is a problem that we can't ignore. The study is about two middle school of xi 'an in shaanxi province. There are 50 teachers take part in the questionnaire survey and interviews. Through the analysis of the questionnaire data and the interview information, the results of the study are as follows:(1) The teachers' job burnout is mainly in the aspect of emotional exhaustion.(2) The female teachers' job burnout is higher than male teachers'.(3) The village teachers' job burnout is higher than the urban teachers'.(4) The job burnout of the teacher in charge of the class is higher than the other teachers.(5) Teachers in different grade had no obvious difference on job burnout.(6) Intermediate teachers' job burnout is highest, senior and primary teachers' is relatively low.By this study, the causes of the teachers' job burnout mainly include as follows: the social hope for teachers is too high, the female teachers' psychological is fragile, the evaluation and management system of middle schools need improved, the workload ofteachers is too heavy, and teachers' personal factors. To solve these problems, this article provides five aspects to improve: establish social support system of teachers, establish the humanist management system, perfect the management of teacher evaluation system,improve the professional quality of teachers, teachers need improve their own psychological condition.
