Self-regulated learning is an important theme in educational research in the world today, and also it's a major item in China's basic education curriculum reform. In order to carry out the essential-qualities-oriented education comprehensively and cultivate the person with ability of innovation, the junior middle school students' self-regulated learning should be developed in the junior middle school. We should excavate the students' learning potentiality so as to promote the growth of their personality.On the basis of referring to lots of related literature, this research conducts interviews with a large number of researches among the three different grades of junior high school students, and points out the problems and shortcomings existed in the process of self-regulated learning in junior high school education, and explores measures for an effective solution to the problems.The conclusion part of the first chapter introduces the background and significance of self-regulated learning, and analyzes the status of self-regulated learning in and abroad and the problems in existence. The second chapter highlights the theoretical basis of self-regulated learning. The third chapter combines the theory and the practice, through questionnaire, interviews and analysis of the present situation of self-regulated learning in junior high school students, it reveals the problems in existence and the main influential factors. The fourth chapter describes the “the teaching management and junior high school students' self-regulated learning” from the school teaching management and classroom teaching management respectively. It also makes a number of recommendations to promote the self-regulated learning from the society, schools, teachers and students respectively.
