"Changing Villages" Community Sports Development

With the development of industrialization,China's rapid urbanization process,a large suburban rural land has been expropriated,resulting in n Changing Villages " community,these residents care much about blood relationship,clan and have close contacts,mutual trust to understand the characteristics favorable to carry out mass sports,mass sports for community building,and promote urban integration has important guiding significance.In this study,the analysis of literature,based on the integrated use of the literature,field surveys,interviews,questionnaires,case analysis,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,the study selected a representative sample,on "Changing Villages " commmunity sports status of the investigation,analysis,"Changing Villages " community sports development in major problems and proposed " Changing Villages " Community Sports sustainable Development Strategy.Survey shows:" Changing Villages " community residents to participate in physical exercise in young or middle age,the elderly participated in a small,the results differ significantly and urban communities;moderate proportion of men and women involved in exercise,sex more balanced;residents to choose the evening or in the evening activities in the community or nearby Park Plaza exercise,exercise program of their choice,mostly free or lower cost,such as jogging,hiking,square dancing and other traditional training content;residents like to gather friends and family or participate in associations activities,associations active activity;lack of exercise atmosphere,no leisure time and venue facilities because they are the main reason for less participation in sports;another " Changing Villages " community sports development earlier,there is some infrastructure,but the layout single,planning unreasonable and old damaged more;community sports gradually diversify funding sources,business and social sponsorship and residents are gradually increasing the proportion of contributions;same time,social sports instructors organization management system is not perfect,professional small number of non-hierarchical structure reasonable,professional and cultural level is low;community residents association activities like,easy to form a team groups,but needs leader.Development Strategies:Presented to start from the government sector,proposes to strengthen the community sports management organization mechanism,establish community sports information service platform to enhance the capacity of public services,improve community sports service supply system,while the community geriatric physical work as a priority;venues and facilities planning and reasonable and multi-channel management and maintenance;attract participation of social capital,rich activities;strengthen social sports instructors,instructors enhance quality,and promote activities to carry out routine;positive development of community sports and cultural features,build quality sports,local sports and cultural heritage;establish long efficient management mechanism,and actively play the role of the elite sports community building grassroots organizations;development of sports industry,the development of sports tourism,sports consumption to meet the needs of other developing measures to promote the " Changing Villages" community sports sustainable development.
