Students not only can enjoy the fundamental rights of citizens by law, more access to education field force given "special interests." The title of this study is, A Study On Classroom Teaching Behavior Of Chinese Teachers In Senior High School From The Perspective Of Students' Rights ", which is both reflected the practical needs of Chinese teaching reform focus on human development, and suggestions for improvement of reference for more teachers' professional development. The paper is divided into the following four aspects of research:First, through the co-ordination of the relevant literature to grasp, and overall grasp on the basis of the rights of their students and language teachers' classroom teaching behavior to define the meaning and content division. In this study, students' language classroom Defining the rights of expression, the right to choose and the right aesthetic; to study the behavior of high school language teachers statement, questioning behavior, rational response behavior and job training to guide the behavior of the four major teaching behavior and gives the connotation defined.Second, the author in reference to the relevant research topics keynote authoritative research tool combines classroom observation scale preparation and interview outline. Classroom through real field observations, easy and free face to face interviews with the exchange, found that the behavior of the current classroom teaching high school language teachers is undergoing tremendous changes under the influence of traditional ideas and education system, teachers have to update the concept of new ideas, the students' rights body receiving more attention. But also there are still problems to be solved, specific to the teaching behavior:(A) Statement Behavior: lack of emotional expression language beauty, epitaxial enough content, ignoring the emotional effect;(B) questioning behavior: lack of the right to express personal views on the importance and culture, questioning the perspective of the lack of language proficiency training, students answer questions Thinking short time, mostly passive teacher questions students answer questions;(C) A behavior management: A neglected grounds on teaching non-verbal active role, more inefficient and less rational response Revelation;(D) Guidance Conduct: outstanding low awareness, lack of students the right to choose.Third, based on teaching high school language teacher classroom behavior of students on the right by factors of three aspects:(A) For teachers: Teachers Cognition: conservative ideas, lack of rights of students and teachers teaching behavior related to cognition; on teacher quality: the ability to use the development of professional skills imbalance, lack of affection professional driving force.(B) schools, the examination and evaluation institutional: too much emphasis on the merits score discretion teacher, teaching behaviors affect mood. Teacher Management training: Training and development of new educational concept is not enough, the lack of teaching behavior reference standard.(C) For parents: stick backward "good teacher" standard, lack of proper scientific evaluation.Fourth, for surveys and interviews of and reasons for study analysis of the problem, I follow people-oriented and education fair values and from school, parents and teachers put forward Teaching Behavior macro optimization strategy; focusing on Four teaching behavior were put forward specific optimization strategy, and give a reference model case arguments.
