Research On The Campus Culture Construction Of Private Higher Vocational Colleges

Throughout the practice and exploration of the construction of campus culture in Colleges and universities in China, the reform and opening up thirty years, each university has attached importance to the construction of campus culture, campus culture as a sensitive point of social culture, its construction from the content to the form, from the method to the means of a large number of College builders to explore and try, has begun to take shape, the initial achievements. However, there are still many problems in the construction of campus culture in private higher vocational colleges, such as the lag of understanding, the main body of the campus culture, the negative influence of the market economy, and so on. These factors have restricted the development of the campus culture in the private vocational colleges.This paper will analyze the current situation and practice of the construction of the campus culture in private higher vocational colleges. The theory and practice of cultural construction in private vocational colleges should be guided by Mao Zedong theory, Deng Xiaoping theory and "Three Represents". Through the case analysis of the campus culture construction practice of 6 private vocational colleges in Changsha,the paper seeks to find out the law of campus culture in higher vocational colleges. In this paper, the orientation of the cultural construction of private higher vocational colleges is unknown, the orientation is unknown, the investment is insufficient, the lack of enthusiasm, the method is simple, the construction is unbalanced, and the lack of characteristics and other issues are analyzed, and the cultural construction of Higher Vocational Colleges from four aspects of material culture, institutional culture,behavioral culture, spiritual culture, etc.. Through the dialectical choice and the structure of the processing, the formation of a core of the harmonious unity of Private Vocational Colleges Campus culture.Through studying the present situation of the construction of the campus culture of the private vocational colleges in Changsha, the paper studies the practice of the construction of the campus culture in private higher vocational colleges. Through the analysis of the paper, we have an important reference basis for the further understanding of the campus culture construction of private colleges and universities,and to promote the construction of campus culture in private colleges and universities.Therefore, the research on its future impact, has a certain value.
