| The beginning teacher class teaching practical knowledge means that in classroom teaching,beginning teachers reflect and realize their education and teaching,getting some knowledge which is used in practice.With accumulation of experience and given meaning by themselves,their knowledge has been established.As new blood in teaching body,the beginning teacher also need teaching practical knowledge.However,due to the fact that most beginning teachers lack of experience,their practical knowledge has problems which restrict professional development of beginning teachers.This article mainly uses qualitative research.I selected three beginning teachers of L school from Tieling City,Liaoning Province and used the observation,interview and other research methods to do the research.Base on the outline of interviews,classroom observation schedule,I inspected beginning teacher class teaching practical knowledge from subject knowledge,pedagogic content knowledge,classroom management knowledge and self-knowledge.Through investigating and analyzing,I concluded some reasons like unstable educational belief,insufficient recognition on students,not enough on teaching ability building,lack of in-and-pre-service education and negative atmosphere of teacher culture leading to beginning teacher class teaching practical knowledge exist some problems.1.General lacking of empirical and situational,paying close attention to established process of education;2.Not proper usage of classroom management and difficult classroom management;3.Imitating experienced teachers mechanically and lacking of independent innovative ideology;4.Not high level teaching reflection,not strong consciousness of promoting practical knowledge.According to issues and causes analysis of this study,I put forward countermeasures to improve beginning teacher practical knowledge: 1.Normal universities should optimize the curriculum structure ensure the realization of teaching practice;2.The working school should focus on beginning teacher training,arrange well working task;3.The working school should create a great atmosphere and unite teachers;4.Beginning teachers strong their educational belief,reflect teaching actively;5.Beginning teachers should recognize teachers play a leading roleand students play subjective role;6.Beginning teachers should improve their teaching capability,do some innovation in their teaching. |
