In recent years,under the guidance of a variety of educational theories,the curriculum and teaching reform has emerged in endlessly,but it does not bring change to the teaching efficiency as expected.In order to change the present situation that teaching is staying in imparting knowledge purely and ignoring the cultivation of learning ability and comprehensive quality,and make teaching can improve students deep learning effectively and improve students' thinking ability and innovation ability,teachers need to seek more efficient teaching methods.Mind mapping is a revolutionary and visual tool for thinking,it is not composed of single words but in the form of words and images,the core idea of mind mapping is combining abstract thinking and image thinking and making the left and right brain operating at the same time.The appearance of mind mapping provides a new perspective and technical support to optimize teaching.This paper bases on the existing research results,analyzes education functions and the theory basis of the mind mapping,the actual operation of the feasibility and the teaching principle of mind mapping teaching,on the basis of the common teaching mode,makes the mind mapping and classroom teaching integrated deeply,builds a complete process of how to carry out mind mapping assisting teaching.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part introduces the background,the development course,the definition of mind mapping,and applications in the education field,expounds the main research content,the research significance and research methods of this study,reviews the related research present situation about mind mapping in domestic and outside.The second part introduces mind mapping comprehensively,including elements,characteristics,education functions,steps of making mind mapping by hand or computer software,as well as the theoretical basis of mind mapping teaching.The third part discusses the feasibility,basic principles,specific operation processes of teaching with mind mapping.From three subjects of Mathematics,Language,English,each choosing a case,according to the teaching produces to design teaching,and combining with specific case to evaluate the superiority of mind mapping teaching.This paper hope that through theoretical analysis and case demonstration,illustrate basic principles and operating procedures of mind mapping teaching,and strive to put mind mapping into instruction practice indeed,so that teachers can improve the existing disadvantages of classroom teaching and provide the reference for other teachers who want to try to use mind mapping in teaching.
