The harmonious development of the relationship between teachers and students plays an important role in the field of education. The current research for the teacher-student relationship is becoming more and more extensive, which also shows an overall trend of diversification. However, as the uncertainty factors to influence the development of the relationship increased, it requires the development of the teacher-student relationship present diversity and inclusiveness because of the enhancement for the subject. Although there are many theories have been applied to the study of the relationship between teachers and students, it may not have the “eye” of Foucault.Therefore, this research tries to reconstruct a new teacher-student relationship based on Foucault disciplinary character, forming a reflective reference against the real teacher-student relationship.The thesis was completed by combining the current relevant literature on the theory of disciplinary power and its practical significance in education, but also to sort out the relevant literature on the teacher-student relationship. After clear the subject of the research, this thesis try to explore a new conception about the teacher-student relationship in a way of specification and explanatory research, which is based on the theory of disciplinary power.The study found that if the Foucault's power theory applied to the field of education, it can provide some positive theoretical guidance existing in the current relationship between teachers and students. Thus, the study examines the current problems in teacher-student relationship and sorts out power interaction after explaining the basic theory of disciplinary power in depth.And the ideal teacher-student relationship constructed by the following three aspects: First of all, under the guidance of disciplinary power, the study digs out its new meaning from knowledge instruction,moral guidance and class management that teachers should have.Secondly, in the vision of discipline power, the study rediscovers the roles of students, completes its contentand presents the new-style role orientation in the education field, that is, the main body of learning, the freedom individual,the management of the participants.Finally, there are6 new features should be possessed to raise the current positive construction, namely:productive teacher-student relationship; relational teacher-student relationship; free teacher-student relationship; inextricable teacher-student relationship, the relationship under the subject, knowledge and the power; and the democratic and equal teacher-student relationship.
