Teaching feedback is the important indicator that influences the teaching effect.It is an important means that teachers evaluate students' performance.It is an effective measure that promotes teaching effect.It is the essential link that teaching community realize the teaching goal.It is the booster that realizes teachers' professional development. Expert teacher is the ultimate goal of teacher development, so studying expert teachers' teaching feedback behavior is urgent and necessary. This study treats an expert mathematics teacher in high school as the research object, adopts the method of narrative research to explore the teaching feedback behavior, and make reasonable explanation,which aims at finding expert mathematics teachers' teaching feedback behavior characteristics and ideas to help young math teachers improve their teaching feedback ability and promote the teacher professional development, thus improving teaching quality.In about half of the year,through sharing with Y teacher's stories in the aspect of teaching feedback,the author deeply felt that the expert teacher has unique view of teaching feedback.All of the Y teacher's teaching activities are performed under the guidance of a large concept of feedback.Through narrative research,this paper summarizes Y teacher's feedback features:Feedback should be accurate,comprehensive,timely,true,targeted,illuminating,encouraging,diversity and interactive.And the author found Y teacher's feedback concept,to be “true”before the class feedback,to be “live”in the course of feedback,to be “real”in the feedback after class.Through Y teacher's teaching feedback behavior,in the design of the class teaching,teacher Y can delve into teaching material deeply and in detail,study the relevant education teaching literature and network resources carefully according to students' performance and learning content so that the teaching design based on the feedback has better suitability.In classroom teaching,teacher Y is able to keenly observe students' learning behavior,make a timely adjustment of teaching strategies and revitalize all teaching resources by using motivational language,flexible variant strategies and exquisite mathematical skills to make the class full of vitality.In theactivities such as homework after class,targeting the carding problems arising from the students' learning,teacher Y could access to information, make the exchange with students,teachers and parents to fully and accurately understand the students' learning habits,which aims at laying the foundation for subsequent design and implementation.At the same time,according to the excellent qualities that teacher Y performed in the teaching,there would be some suggestions for teaching:First,must be reread the teaching materials,familiar with the teaching content.Second,study curriculum standards, be clear to the teaching requirements,grasp the emphasis point and difficult point of the teaching.Third,make a good teaching design about each link.Fourth,effectively help students comb learning content.Fifth,design good examples and exercises.Sixth,reflect carefully.And there are also four suggestions for teacher professional development:First,the teachers' professional development needs lifelong learning.Second,the teachers' professional development needs reflection.Third,the teachers' professional development needs practice.Fourth,the teachers' professional development needs to carry out the research.
