The continuous development of information technology makes MOOC get rapid development in the education of colleges and universities, and most of the scholars both at home and abroad from the aspect of theory research MOOC application status quo in basic education. East China normal university and the domestic more than 20 famous high school established the C20 MOOC union for class on August 12, 2013 and it opens the door to the middle school application MOOC. But the MOOC union was founded not like high school grades in MOOC applications and the process of its development is extremely slow. The author investigates the new two schools of Henan province and found in the process of work in promoting the effect and not as good as expected. So this study put the two schools as the research object, investigate factors influencing in the process of application MOOC, to achieve effective advance about the MOOCs' application strategies.With high school teachers, students and school managers as a research starting point, this study to investigate the influencing factors about the MOOC application in ordinary high school. In the following investigation, the researchers looked at the teacher and students using questionnaire survey method and looked at school executives with interview method. On the questionnaire data using the correlation analysis, regression analysis and the mediation analysis method, combining interview of school management and the impact factors of middle school application for class intention data analysis, sums up the conclusion and put forward the corresponding propulsion strategy in the last.Research conclusions are as follows:(1) Teachers and students themselves to MOOC emotional attitude determines its application for class;(2) Group's attitude to teachers and students had important effect on the intention of application MOOC for class;(3) The school's support for MOOC teaching have an effect on the teacher and the student application MOOC;(4) Time and effort restricts the application MOOC teaching intention;(5)Students' learning style has a certain influence on the application of MOOC;(6) School leaders to the attention of the MOOC degree and the person in charge of work efficiency directly affect the advance of MOOC. At the end of the study, the researchers put forward some strategies from several different aspects to promote MOOC application in middle school.
