Analysis And Countermeasure Research On The Present Situation Of College Students' Frustration Education

With the deepening and development of social reform, the college students are faced with a more increasingly fierce social competition atmosphere, which leads to more and more setbacks and dilemmas. In the mean time, the way of dealing with the current situation is not fully mature, once confronting setbacks, the college students are easy to get nervous, dispirited, anxious and have other kinds of negative induced emotions, and then they tend to take extreme coping approaches that eventually will cause tragedies. In order to contain this phenomenon, it is very imperative to improve the frustration tolerance ability of college students. Therefore, Higher education must adhere to the people-centered concept, emphasize knowledge education and frustration education, teach them to learn how to correctly deal with the difficulties in their daily life, guide them to deal with setbacks, train them to develop the correct attitude of facing setbacks. From the angle of comprehensive quality of college students, one thing they can never lack is the ability to face frustrations, and the problem of how to improve the ability is also very urgent for the current ideological and political education workers to solve. This paper uses the methods such as literature research, comparison research, interviewing,and literature research combining with practice research, comprehensively and thoroughly discusses the theory of frustration education. Throughout the paper, it introduces the meaning of frustration education, summarizes the overseas and domestic research status of college students' frustration education, analyzes the reasons causing the frustration education, explores the ways and puts forward the corresponding education ideas so as to cultivate a strong ability of frustration tolerance and response capacity.
