Study On The Protection Of Rural Zhejiang Province Wencheng County Women’s Rights Issue

30 years of reforming and opening up, with the deepening development of China’s market economy, social transformation, and the process of urbanization, the social and economic structure has also been a profound change. In the process of social and economic transformation, due to the economic and social development level constraints and the impact of rural women’s rights and interests of the phenomenon still exists. The country has more than 60 million rural women, the rural women can work and health life, not only in relation to the rural women’s own fate and the fate of the future development of the fate of the family and our country countryside and to construct the socialist harmonious society,building a new socialist countryside is significant both in theory and in practice.Based on the survey of the situation of rural women in Wencheng County, Zhejiang Province, and to discuss strategies to cope with the protection of the rights and interests of Wencheng County, Zhejiang Province rural women, from the status of rural women in Wencheng County,Zhejiang Province, existing problems and has the question reason.In the first part of this paper, the research background of rural women is expounded,and then the research status of this problem is sorted out, and the research methods used in this paper are stated.The second part elaborates the concept of rural women and the importance of rural women.The third part: mainly based on the current situation of the protection of the rights and interests of rural women in Wencheng County of visiting and investigation to obtain first-hand information, detailed analysis of rural women of empirical research and problems appearing in Wencheng County Rural Women’s local government is taking a number of policies and measures.The fourth part, mainly in Wencheng County, Zhejiang Province Rural Women’s rights and interests protection problems, combined with the author’s experience some countermeasures and methods are put forward, for the realization of the rural women’s rights and interests protection slightly with a strength.
