With the deepening of the personnel system reform in colleges and universities, colleges and universities teacher evaluation system has been further improved, but there are some issues that hinder the development of teachers. The teacher evaluation college sports as an important part of college teacher evaluation, there are still many problems, especially the lack of physical discipline differences, there is a "one size fits all," and so on sports evaluation criteria teachers, so the characteristics of Physical Education of category evaluation imminent.In this paper, the feasibility of classification and evaluation of university teachers of sports as the research object, through literature, logical analysis, qualitative analysis and other research methods, the current status quo of college sports teacher evaluation to sort out outstanding problems found teachers' physical status assessment is lack of discipline specific evaluation criteria, a "one size fits all" evaluation mode.College sports teacher evaluation for the problems that should be applied to the classification and evaluation of college sports teachers. From the current situation of university teacher evaluation, as well as aspects of personnel training and professional development of teachers and other sports subject characteristics were present in the necessity of analyzing the implementation of classification assessment; start from the theoretical feasibility, feasibility realistic, practical basis for three College PE teachers to implement classification and evaluation of feasibility analysis. College PE teachers to implement classification and evaluation, will help to stimulate their enthusiasm for participation in the work to promote the PE teachers at the beginning of the entry clarify their future career development as soon as possible, so as to ensure the quality of college sports teachers, thus providing more sports talents for our country, to promote development of sports undertakings.Finally, for the existing problems in college sports teachers and classification and evaluation exist in practice issue, while the implementation of the necessity and feasibility analysis for classification and evaluation of the topic of college sports teachers,classification and evaluation of the College PE Teachers ideas:First, the College leadership attaches great importance to the concept of change evaluation; second is to establish a sound system of classification and evaluation of PE teachers formulate scientific evaluation criteria; three teachers classified focus reflects the sports disciplines characteristics, embody the principles of fairness and justice; Fourth, focus on examination results and timely feedback; Fifth, to further improve the PE teachers job classification system, establish a different evaluation system; six PE teacher evaluation is to increase the bodyLooking at a lot of research and practice can be concluded that the implementation of PE teachers in Chinese universities classified assessment is feasible, but also the inevitable trend of future teacher evaluation system of Chinese universities.
