| In the planning of the 13 th Five Year Plan proposed by the Fifth Plenary Sessions of 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party,elevating the quality of education is regarded as primary task of educational reform and development.Therefore,the quality of secondary vocational education has become epoch proposition and permanent theme of studying and practicing of secondary vocational education.On the basis of concluding of domestic and foreign relevant research and practice,this paper explored implementation situation of educational activities of secondary vocational school,explained the quality formation process of secondary vocational education,and established quality evaluation system of secondary vocational education.In this paper,the academic activities were divided into campus academic activities and post practices.To explore the specific content of each activity,this paper selected a common technical secondary school,a vocational high school and a technical school in Tangshan and Qinhuangdao,respectively.Taking auto repair and accounting as individual cases,the academic activities and extracurricular activities of each semester were analyzed,and the difference of the three types of school was compared.In this paper,the characteristics(including time,space and activity)of quality formation process of secondary vocational education were analyzed deeply.The process of academic activities of secondary vocational school was confirmed through gathering labor agglomeration situation of teachers,implementation of educational activities,construction situation of educational space.In addition,the type,form,progress and effect of extracurricular activities were analyzed.Research found that extracurricular activities played a very important role in promoting students’ knowledge,skill,capacity,emotion and behavior.And the study would influence the quality promotion of the secondary vocational education.The investigation results showed that the evaluation of quality formation process of the secondary vocational education had not yet formed a complete system.Theevaluation was still divided into academic activities,extracurricular activities and post practices quality evaluation system,and each system had not bonded together effectively,and not worked together for the quality assessment and assurance of the secondary vocational education.In this paper,principles of reflecting progress comprehensively,conclusion easy to set,applying modern technology,multi-subject participation were proposed and policy and reality were depended to build campus learning evaluation system and enterprise practice evaluation system based on formation process. |
