The Research On Student Cadre Selection, Cultivation And Development In Higher Vocational Colleges

With the country's social and economic development, Higher Vocational Educat ion now has gradually matured and standard. Under the highly attention of party and the country, vocational colleges has been from a small scale tend to group schools thr ough merging school system, secondary upgrading form. However, due to the low le vel of students in vocational colleges students, twist of the core values, mental press ure, direction uncertain employment and other reasons, the selection of vocational st udent cadres institutions, training and development has brought a lot of confusion. P ay attention to and strengthen the management of student cadres vocational institutio ns, to explore a scientific and efficient student leaders Vocational Colleges selection, train and develop system have practical significance for vocational education in natio nal development and have an important theoretical research value for the developme nt of Talents in Higher Vocational College programs and strengthening students' prof essional ability. Cadre selection of students in higher vocational colleges, training an d development work have directly affect on the ideological education of college stud ents, the implementation of construction of campus culture, education and other prac tice of social work.This essay takes vocational college student cadre group as studying objects, and takes student cadre group of Jiangxi Industry and Trade Vocational College as example. Through referring to the relevant material, drawing on theoretical research on student cadre domestic and overseas, applying questionnaires, individual interviews, theoretical thinking, this essay bases on the main methods, importance, and existing problems of the current vocational college student cadre selection, training, development, and bases on surveys and interviews results about student cadre recognition, abilities and development from Jiangxi Industry and Trade Vocational College student cadre, common students, instructors of student cadre, employers, the employed student cadre(three years after graduation), which reveals that current vocational college student cadre selection system is imperfect, training methods is not specific, development direction is not clear and so on. Aiming at these existing problems, and after profound thinking, I put forward these suggestions and countermeasures, which are "take the scientific development as direction, actively promote democratization of student cadre selection; set comprehensive development as the goal, actively promote the efficiency of student cadre training; take development and excellence as the starting point, actively promote the normalization of student cadre development".
