In 2001. the Ministry of Education issued "Elementary Education Curriculum Reform Program(Trial)", decided to focus on building the elementary education curriculum system in line with requirements of Quality Education, which marks China's new round of elementary education curriculum reform was officially launched. The Program states that one of the specific objectives of the current elementary education curriculum reform in our country, is the "tendency to change course too much emphasis on imparting knowledge, emphasizing the formation of a pro-active attitude towards learning, so that the process of acquiring basic knowledge and skills while learning to learn and become process to form the correct values"."Full-time Compulsory Education Science (3--6 grades) Curriculum Standards (trial version)," emphasis on the integration of knowledge, skills, attitudes and values, takes the emotional attitude and values as one of the three fields of the science curriculum content standards, and advocates that focus on evaluating primary school students'science learning attitude. However, for a long time, in the specific curriculum implementation, the training and evaluation of the emotional attitudes and values are not given due attention, the evaluation of primary school students'science learning attitude has become an important topic of concern teachers and researchers.Through literature review, based on determining the attitude, learning attitude concept, the theoretical structure of primary school students'science learning attitude were discussed, initially established evaluation students'science learning attitude in order to provide a quantitative tool for the evaluation of primary school students' science learning attitude. The full text is divided into five parts:The first part is to ask questions, and introduces the research background, the reason of the topic, defines the concepts of attitude, learning attitude, primary school students'science learning attitude, reviews the research of learning attitude, describes the research content, significance and research methods.The second part is the preparation of the questionnaire and testing, according to the theory on the structure of learning attitude and interviews science teachers and students, then prepared the draft questionnaire. After expert review, project analysis and exploratory analysis, then a formal questionnaire is formed.The third part is the findings, the researchers found that the overall of primary school students' science learning attitude is at a higher level, there are significant differences between different sexes, and boys than girls; there are also significant differences between different grades, and increased with the grade decreased; there are significant differences between different schools; and between only children and more than one children did not show a significant difference; there are no significant differences between different scientific level of science achievement, and there are weakly negative correlation between them.The fourth part is the analysis and discussion, though the data analysis and interviews with teachers and field trips, and combining related research of other scholars, analyze the reasons of primary school students' science learning attitude between various factors.The fifth part is the suggestion and reflection, put forward a six-point teaching suggestions, reflection of the research, this study proposes possible innovation, deficiencies of the research and further research.
