With the development of society.cooperation has become an increasingly important topic,and has been concerned by all fields of society.Cooperative learning is the main embodiment of the spirit of cooperation in the teaching process,it is regarded as one of the effective ways to cultivate students'communication and cooperation,which has been widely concerned an applied by more and more educational circles.Since the 1990s,Chinese scholars began to research and experiment on Cooperative Learning.and with the continuous advance of the new curriculum reform,it has been paid more attention in the teaching practice.However,through the observation of the classroom has found that it's has a lot of problems in the process,the so-called cooperative learning is actually still exist in the form of group discussion. The main reason is that the study of it theory is not deep enough.and the research on the various elements of it is still relatively weak.Individual responsibility is an important element of cooperative learning.if the individual responsibility of the team members have not been implemented,the substantive group cooperation will not exist,but there is a lack of research on this element in the field of cooperative learning,in particular.the implementation of part about this research is very few,and the team management in the field of this problem is slightly involved.Therefore,this study draws on the relevant theory of team management,and carries on the thorough research to the individual responsibility.More over,combination of high school ideological and political course on the implementation of individual responsibility for teaching application discussion.This is of great significance to enrich the connotation of cooperative learning,at the same time,it also allows more front-line teachers to improve more attention to implementation process of cooperative learning.Through analysis the process of teaching process we can know that implementation of individual responsibility is a dynamic process,this process requires the concerted effort of teachers and students.From the teaching practice point of view,there are three aspects:Clear personal tasks is the foundation to implementation of individual responsibility;To guide the team members to clear the relationship between the task and establish a relationship that responsible for each other is the key;The formulation of the rules is the inherent requirement;From a student's point of view,implementation of individual responsibility need to acceptance and recognition of the task by student.In this dynamic process,clear personal tasks is the starting point.Based on it,This study mainly be aimed at the existing problem about teaching practice and puts forward suggestions on how to implement these three links in the ideological and political course of high school.This not only deepens the theoretical research of cooperative learning.but also provides a theoretical reference to solve the problem,moreover,it improves the effectiveness of the teaching practice of high school ideological and political course.This thesis is divided into five parts:The first part:Describes the background and the significance of the topic.Through to. sort and analysis the number of articles of cooperative learning and individual responsibility,finding that the research on cooperative learning involving a wide range,but the number of articles of individual responsibility is relatively small,and less research the implementation process of individual responsibility,there is almost no research on combined the teaching of ideological and political course in senior middle school with the process of implementation individual responsibility. Therefore.explicit the significance of the study and take it as a breakthrough point for the research on implementation of individual responsibility.lt is important to enrich the theory of cooperative learning and to promote the implementation of the individual responsibility of ideological and political course in senior middle school.The second part is the theory of individual responsibility,First of all,combined with the relevant literature explicit the meaning and the elements of cooperative learning,and the connotation of individual responsibility,clear and definite that individual responsibility is an important element of cooperative learning,and highlights the importance of research on it.Through the analysis of the connotation of individual responsibility,finding that individual responsibility is take task as carrier,the responsibility of the implementation of the premise is that the individual must have a clear task, at the same time,to complete the task need the members support to each other and guiding constraints by the rules,form this summarizes the implementation of individual responsibility of the three links and in-depth discussion, At last,put forward the significance of the implementation of individual responsibility combined with the teaching of ideological and political course in senior middle school.The third part,combined with the relevant literature,classroom observation and personal interview,fine that There are still many problems in the process of implementation of individual responsibility in ideological and political course:Individual task is not clear in the process of cooperative learning;Team members not clear the relationship between the task and can not establish a relationship that responsible for each other;Lack of clear rules guidance and constraints in the process of cooperative learning.The fourth part,combined with the ideological and political compulsory 1,unit 1 in the economic life, Comprehensive inquiry "Treat money correctly",to provide teaching suggestions to the implementation of individual responsibility:According to the relevant principles of the implementation of cooperative learning and individual responsibility, Clear personal tasks to ensure that the responsibility to each one;Design member task relation table to establish a relationship that responsible for each othe;Institute rules to promote the implementation of individual responsibility.It also provides an example for cooperative learning of ideological and political course in high school.The fifth part is the end of the research,is the summary of this research,and put forward to the future research.
