Cooperative Learning is a kind of education model which was proposed by the United States in the 1970s. It has obvious affect on raising students' results and improving their affection and psychological diathesis. Cooperative Learning is also an important kind of study form which is proposed in the new curriculum reform and must be promoted. It is in line with the current guideline of our education for all-round development. Since the teaching manner was introduced to our country in the 1980s, it has been widely used and researched by our educators.Many researchers and experts researching for Cooperative Learning have pointed out that responsibility is the important reason and essential factor which affects the success of Cooperative Learning. However, after making a comprehensive view of the relevant information and books of Cooperative Learning, we find that the description of the cultivation of a sense of responsibility is not tally with our study situation and unworkable because of its briefness. As a developing theory, Cooperative Learning has to be improved. This essay focuses on the formation and cultivation of Cooperative Learning, getting rid of the means of how to cultivate the sense of responsibility in traditional descriptions, instead, it is based on the emotional level to observe and promote the formation of learners' responsibilty by variety experiments.The author thinks that it is important and necessary to sum up some methods of cultivating students' individual responsibility, and it is effective on the implementation of Cooperative Learning. The purpose of this research is to enable students to establish an effective way of individual responsibility by some examples and to add something to Cooperative Learning.
