Due to the influence of our country’s rural social transformation, fracture of local culture and national industrialization and urbanization process will continue to accelerate the unfavorable factors, more and more rural surplus labor force transfer to the city. As a result, a large number of rural "left-behind children". These children are more or less because of the reason, parents of distance, the custodian ability is limited, school education discord social protection is not in place, some psychological, personality and moral quality problems, in recent years, and their ideological education has attracted social attention. Strengthen rural primary and secondary schools "left behind children" ideological education, not only in relation to the "left behind children" values form and their healthy growth, but also related to social harmony and stability, beneficial to the nation’s long-term stability. On February 4, 2016, the State Council issued the "on the strengthening of rural left behind children care in protecting work opinions"(Guo Fa [2016] 13) document, put forward to strengthen the rural left behind child care and protection, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of minors is an important responsibility of all levels of government, also is the shared responsibility of family and the whole society.This paper first describes the main theoretical basis of the premise, the "rural left-behind children" this concept, and systematically analyzes the related research results, points out the shortcomings; secondly, intervention of rural left-behind children "educational aid general situation and the media play a role through the investigation and study analysis; again according to the survey results, and the actual work experience, expounds the advantages and functions of regional TV media in rural left-behind children" education in terms of helping, and analyzes the predicament and limitation of the face; finally, according to the action on the part of the problem and put forward some feasible countermeasures, hoping to link local government, School and family and the power of the media, to provide a healthy environment for the society and public opinion "left-behind children".
