The education of postgraduate for juris master is an important achievement for high-level talents training reform in law of China, and it not only gets great achievement but also expose many problems during twenty years' practice. It has great significance for studying education reform of postgraduates for juris master of China starting from degree dissertation studied by postgraduates for juris master. China's degree postgraduate dissertations during five years from 2010 to 2015 can be obtained from the whole data in CNKI periodicals by taking postgraduate dissertations as angle of view for data, adopting the method of content analysis and combining statistics of word frequence in the SPSS and excel, conducting statistics analysis from study theme of dissertation for master degree, orientation study, problems type studying, guidance studying, frame study, theoretical basis studying, study method, academic standardization, key words for dissertations and reference literature, knowing about three main problems existing in China's degree dissertations for juris master:Firstly, it exists mass repetitions in topic selecting for dissertations of degree master for legal major, lacking innovation in studying content. Secondly, the studying method is also single for the dissertation of degree master, only comparison of legal text at home and abroad. Thirdly, there isn't any difference in degree dissertation between the majority of postgraduates for juris master in high school and academic postgraduates. The reason mainly lies in:On the one hand, trainers don't know about the target of degree dissertation for professional degree postgraduates so that they mix it with the dissertation of academic postgraduates, on the other hand, they don't request it strictly according to the dissertation of academic postgraduates, so it lacks realistic guidance in training scheme making and training course setting, in addition, postgraduates themselves are short of understanding innovativeness of degree dissertation and the target is obvious that they make dissertation only for itself, and don't get systematical learning and training in studying method. Training organizations should conduct orientation for training scheme accurately, emphasizing law professional ability training of degree postgraduates for juris master major based on the purpose setting for degree of law major, also should learn from JD education mode and intensify course teaching based on good combination in theory and practice to reduce the credit proportion of degree dissertation. Meanwhile, optimize management system of dissertation and advocate students to combine certain case during practical learning process conducting analysis or write investigation and research report, trying to reduce topic selecting with pure theoretical study, combining the advantage in talents training and characteristic of resource in school to meet the demands of market.
