| In the process of construction of socialist spiritual civilization,played an important role in quality education,and sports has a unique role in the process of quality education.In today’s society,the individual to improve the quality of sports has risen to the country’s strategic position,this is the key problem for people is also the inner demand of human development.In this context,the author hope to zhengzhou city middle school students’ physical education quality based on the actual,develop a set of consistent with the countermeasures in the research of the development of the middle school students’ physical quality,so as to provide theoretical basis for middle school students to improve the quality of sports.This study in zhengzhou city middle school students’ physical quality education development as the research object,by zhengzhou municipal district 18 middle school as investigation object,by the methods of documentary,investigation,mathematical statistics,logic analysis,four kinds of research methods,through to the municipal district of zhengzhou city middle school physical education quality investigation and analysis,the following conclusions:1,the zhengzhou city middle school school leadership and PE teachers or students think it is necessary to implement physical education quality,only know the extent of the different.2,zhengzhou city middle school students’ demand for implementation of physical education quality is very urgent.3,lack of zhengzhou city middle school physical education quality management.4,zhengzhou city middle school physical education teachers teaching methods,in the process of implementing quality education means a single,backward,and does not allow students to everyone involved.Action learning teachers too much emphasis on technology and refinement.5,zhengzhou city middle school implementation of physical education teachers quality is bad,not only in degree level,but also in the lack of teachers’ professional theoretical knowledge.6,zhengzhou city middle school implementing physical quality education facilities condition cannot meet the requirements of students.According to the following conclusions,the paper puts forward the corresponding proposal:1,each school should further strengthen the training of physical education teachers,sports teachers training for more about new ideas in physical education curriculum reform,the school also urged the physical education teachers should strictly in accordance with the requirements of the sports quality education,penetrate new concept in the practice teaching,to teach students to truly experience the joy of sports.2,students in the classroom is not only to have the consciousness of physical exercise,more want to learn in class is interested in a sports skill,to lay a solid foundation for their lifelong physical exercise.3,schools at all levels,the management system of the sports in accordance with the requirements of the sports quality control,and to send specialized personnel to supervise the teaching of physical education teachers and evaluate,strictly in accordance with the requirements of the system of physical education teachers evaluation,in order to better promote the sports quality education of the university.4,the schools on the basis of the existing site trying to secure funding to further improve the insufficient of venues,facilities,and combining with the conditions of the surrounding region characteristic sports resources to enrich the sports teaching to meet the demand of the students’ sports quality education.5,when teachers in the evaluation of students instead of the previous single appraisal,changes to the comprehensive assessment,assessment must have not only the physical quality aspect,also have psychological,cultural,team,innovation,quality of content;In the evaluation of students on the way,can from the previous teacher evaluation between students to teachers and students,between a combination of transformation. |
