Credit bank system is simulated bank storage and exchange mechanism,which is flexible learning management mode to achieve the freedom of learning time,learning way and the mutual recognition of credits by the credits of quantitative results.Credit bank system is an important part of the education system reform in China,especially the reform of the vocational education.Credit bank system has become an effective help to promote the professional development of teacher education.How to use this platform to realize the specialization of moral character teachers,is an effective way to solve the bottleneck of restricting the development of moral character teachers and realize its cross-cutting ascension for a long time.Teachers' specialization is the internal requirement of teachers' team construction.compared with other subjects,moral character teachers have some special requirements,like the table willfulness of the moral cultivation,the comprehensiveness of the knowledge literacy and the practicality of the ability literacy,therefore,the construction of teachers' specialization should reflect its academic features and professional attributes.The questionnaire survey showed that weakening moral accomplishment,the single constitute of knowledge accomplishment and the poor applicability in the ability literacy are the main problems existing in the teachers' professional development.Rectifying its reason,there are some reasons,mainly in the process of the career planning and professional development of moral character teachers,the permanent and periodic planning in teachers' development is not clear,the combination mechanism between the independent development and vocational training is insufficient,the lack of reasonable positioning between the richness of the content in professional development and teacher' self-choice.Credit bank system provides the unprecedented development mechanism for teachers' professional development and sets up a good development platform.Credit bank system has five functions,like lifelong education registration,certification of learning outcomes,credit storage,credit exchange and lending,the query of learning files.It provides a flexible and varied professional development field for moral character teachers.In the implementation of the credit bank,there are some characteristics,like the universality of learning objects,sharing the resource,the permanent learning and the humanized management,It sets up the echelon mounting system in teachers' professional development for moral character teachers,build the overpass of sharing resources and the results exchange for teachers' lifelong learning,provides the individual character space between self-choosing and conversion in teachers' professional development.Under the credit bank system,the moral character teachers gain more advantage conditions,it corresponds ideological,humanism,comprehensive and practical to the moral character.It is more beneficial to the professional development of moral character teachers in resource advantage,education form and cooperation each other.It mainly reflects: the optimization of the curriculum resources is helpful to teachers' self-improvement of moral character;the diversity of education form expands the development channels of moral character teachers;the interactive open-training promotes the communication and cooperation of the moral character teachers.In view of three levels about teachers' professional development of the moral character,it includes moral accomplishment,knowledge quality,ability quality,there are some specific roads which Credit bank system provides for teachers' professional development of the moral character: Setting up the ascension of the moral accomplishment about moral character teachers through the theoretical training in degree-promotion and the moral character model in teachers' workshops;Promoting the knowledge literacy of moral character of teachers through the solid theoretical base in course supermarkets,the self-improvement in the encouragement of the results exchange and the increase of sharing education resources;Increasing the ability quality of moral character teachers through the practice of teachers' workshops,the ability enhancement under the mutual recognition of credit mechanism and the skill-improvement under the school-based research.
