Striving to develop vocational education is one of the most significant strategic options for our country to improve power and economy. Our Party and state have been thought highly of vocational education all the time, so they carry out a series of policies. However, with the promotion of relative policies, people do not show fantastic interests in vocational education, especially in middle one whose current enrolling condition does not have a positive prospect. Both the number and quality of the enrollment are gradually decreasing year by year. What's more, the market is out of order. These problems have deadly limited the mid-level education. As a result, how to resolve the issue about recruiting becomes the core of the reform of education. Nowadays, our country mostly adopts routine question-reason-resolution pattern to study facing plight, few from the policy preferences. According to this, the author analyzes the instrument and contents of admission policy in Guangxi the way from the policies. Meanwhile, the author will evaluate the effects that the policies work out, find problem and hope to put forward some useful advice.By analyzing policies of middle vocational education in Guangxi, we can arrive at the following review: First, for middle vocational education, the application of dominant instruments plays an important role and the exertion of combined instruments strengthen. Second, the enrollment plan makes apparent progress, but it exists three questions that the order is mixed up, the management is slack and the effort to publicize is small. As stated above, the study provides optimizing suggestions from instruments and policies respectively.
